Lets see, Todd Parrott went back to RYR. BIG SURPRISE!!! I guess Robert is getting desperate to find some sort of answers for his current demise. Todd went to Petty to be competitive and help an ailing organization. I guess with a limited amount of success with Bobby Labonte behind the wheel, he wants to go back to RYR and help resurrect a sinking ship. It would appear Todd wants to try to be the key that opens this relic of a lock or is it Pandora's box??? Good luck, Dale is gone to Mikey's Follies and well E-Sad got smart and bailed before he went down with the ship. Time will tell. Rumors even have Robert Yates bringing back the 28 car. Not because it was a great number, but only in hopes that it will attract a quality driver. At least that's what I think.
Jeremy, didn't someone ever tell you to think before you open your mouth??? In my opinion, his release via NASCAR.com was about as classless as Bill Davis firing Scott Wimmer by mail. Are these owners becoming pussies or what??? Not that Mr. Mayfield is a "great" driver, but he IS good. Good enough to make the Chase two years in a row in that 19 car. Hell, he beat out Kurt Busch last year LOL LOL LOL!!! So this year he is sucking, big fizzuckin deal what ever happened to loyalty and integrity??? Damn, the boy opened up mouth and inserted foot then began chewing viciously even still face him face to face. Tell him, hey you suck, buh bye!!! Don't let him read it through the media, even if Jeremy did make sure maybe he deserved the boot(by slamming the boss in an interview, not the best move dumb-ass).
JR Motorsports let Mark MacFarland go as well. Mark was released face to face with the TRUTH that he is not living up to expectations with the current sponsorship with Navy. He was told thank you, you will be a part of JR Motorsports histor-E, and blah blah blah!!! HEY RAY AND BILL!!! YOU DUMBASSES NEED TO TAKE A LESSON FROM JUNIOR IN PROPER ETTICUT ON RELEASING DRIVERS!!! For a newly put together team, it shows that Kelley and Theresa have helped teach Junebug the MORAL and ETHICAL way to run a business. Good luck Mark, I am sure having JR Motorsports on your resume will help land you a good ride for the future. Junior, Ironhead would be proud of the way you handle YOUR team and organization. Unlike the two assholes mentioned above!!!
GOOD DAY!!!

I watched Mark race to track champion at my local track in Mannassas, VA. He's got the talent. I hope someone picks him up soon.
See my 2 cents on:

Crazy stuff going on and it's far from over.
Junior said that is one of the hardest things he's had to do as an owner. Can't say I didn't see it coming. Too many cars were being torn up to make matters worse. You can't be building a new car every week with limited funds coming in (like not finishing higher and making bigger bucks). Right decision was made.
Hi, this is anonymous Susan!.
I never realized that being a driver could be stressful ( I thought my job pretty well covered stress). With all of the stuff going on, wow. Not sure I'd want to be in some of their places and probably not some of the car owners (you know the ones like Jr. that handle things in a classy, professional way). With Mayfield & Evernham it's kind of like which came first the chicken or the egg (Mayfield tears Evernham, Evernham never available, Mayfied "backtracking" on his speech, Evernham not firing Mayfield to his face). I am delighted to be a fan (Go Jr.! & Truex, and Menard and Harvick) and just watch it all happen.
silly season?????
God, I hope ESad doesn't go to Evernham... ACK!
(BTW - I moved my blog from sadler38gal.spaces.msn.com to here now... MSN spaces did some weird updates and I didn't like it...)
Have a good one!
Mayfield's comments about Ray not being seen in the Cup Garage takes on a whole new meaning when you consider Ray Evernham and Erin Crocker are romantically involved.
