“In this ultra-competitive era of NASCAR, it is necessary to build and sustain the strongest team possible and our combining with the people and equipment at Dale Earnhardt Inc. will help create a strong four-car program for years to come,” said Chip Ganassi. “This is a win-win for both organizations as well as all of our partners.”
“Having a partner like Chip who is heavily involved on the competition side of the business is an ideal situation for DEI,” Teresa Earnhardt said. “He has a long history of managing championship teams in the IndyCar and Rolex Grand-Am Series and I share his passion and goals of winning races and ultimately championships in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series. I think this is a case where we are stronger together than we are apart.” As completely stolen from That's Racing.com and their fabulous writing staff.

So, will it be Dodge or Chevy? Is this a 50%-50% ownership? If so, who has the final say? I just cannot wrap my brain around the whole idea...if people thought Senior was rolling over in his grave before, I wonder what he's doing now? Growling to get out so he can choke the bitch?
The question is, which manufacturer will want to be in bed with this fiasco? I can see Dodge and Chevy both pushing the 4 cars onto the other..
Hey I thought that was the Edmund Fitz... Cool.
Based on what I've been told by someone who says they know someone who actually knows I say Chevy.
