Weekend Wrap Up

Madd props to that Office Depot Fusion AGAIN!!! They held off Shrubs for the win Saturday night in Bristol. Post race cool down lap with "Mr. Ed" and "Bile Kyle" was rather funny. Shrubs "slams" the side of Carl's car for the love tap Carl gave him to snatch the lead, then Carl pays back the same but to the right rear quarter. You know what that meant...SPIN!!! Come on now boys, Bristol IS the "Home of the Bump and Run". Damn Shrubs, I thought that you of ALL people would remember that.

For the second time this year the "Kes" won another race. He drove Bristol like he had for many years. That JRM Navy Chevy was the class of the field. As you can tell driver AND owner are happy. Hopefully this will make sponsors WAKE UP and hook the "Kes" up for years to come.
Finally, WHAT THE FUCK??? Why in the hell would RCR go out and hire Casey Mears??? I mean he is a cool guy, but he CAN NOT drive. Why on earth Richard would pull Clint away ( besides the points thingy and such) from that 07 Jack Daniels Chevy??? Think about it, can you HONESTLY see Sluggo selling Jack Daniels??? That would be like me selling tampons, makes no sense. Instead now Clint has to take a fledgling team and make it on time every week, unless they transfer points to the 33 from the 07. Either way, what a fucked up move in my mind. Hell I thought Richard would at least hire someone with promise or a youngen. Gotta say Clint handled it like a true man. Although you could tell he was disappointed, he made the best of it. Now my four year old can wear some of her faves t-shirts now. Manda loves Clint Bowyer, she even made me buy her some Lucky Charms this week.
