I guess Pocono wasn't that boring of a race. We saw great combacks like Happy getting spun early and finishing fourth, Tony Stewart finishing second, and we also saw Kyle not only wasn't a factor in the race, but he didn't piss no one off in the process. Oh yeah, Carl Edwards won. I have often pondered when he is going to mess up his backflip and bust his ass. Either way you look at it he won and the rest of the top ten are as follows: Smoke, Queen Jimmie, Happy, David "Dart Without Wings" Ragan, Clint "J.D." Bowyer, Kasey "BudBoy" Kahne, Mark "I Don't Want To Retire" Martin, Jamie Mac, and Papa Gordo. Good run for Junior in 12th and madd props to Chad McCumbee for his 17th place finish in Kyle Petty's less than spectacular ride. Next week, Watkins Glen!!! Speaking of road courses...
That was sooo cool to see the boys race up in Montreal in the rain. Granted I don't think I would like to see any more races in the rain, but that was really something to watch. Well watch on television, being there or racing in it had to suck total exhaust. It was amazing to see the drivers handle the wetness. A few people had problems, but other than a few ooopsies I would say they did very well. Madd props to the "Go Daddy.com" Chevy outta J.R. Motorsports/Hendrick camp. With Ron Fellows driving, what else besides a stellar finish would you expect??? Other top ten finishers are: Patrick Carpenter, Marcos "Kangaroo Meat" Ambrose, Ron Hornaday, Boris "Drink Mo Cases So I can Races" Said, Flipper, Jason "Fo-Hawk" Leffler, Da Biff, Clint Bowyer, and HOLY SHIT...Steven "I Can Wad-Up Anything Including An Anvil" Wallace in tenth. Cool race, don't wanna see rain races again.
