Now that Daytona has come and went, there is one thing that kinda bothers me. The fact that Action/MA made a ten year anniversary of Dale Sr.'s win with a COT kinda burns my arse. Me thinks that it is just another way for Teresa and even RCR to make more money off of Dale and his name and legend. KEEP RIDING THAT GRAVY TRAIN!!! I am NOT SURE if any of the proceeds will go to any of Dale Sr.'s personal charities, but if it smells like dawg shit must be dawg shit. To think they would actually mass produce this "ride that never was" for any other reason than greed is naive. Why else would they "celebrate" and make a tribute of a NEVER RAN BEFORE car??? Now I will admit to "creating" a one of a kind custom built car or two of Dale's Goodwrench colors, but never would I tribute a twenty year feat with a car that Dale himself NEVER even seen let alone driven. Just a few words that came spewin from my "tired" brain.

The way I am understanding this is that it was Teresa's idea. She discussed it with Childress. He said on QVC that he almost wasn't going to go along with the idea but changed his mind and is glad he did. Teresa then presented it to Action and they took it from there. She is a cheesy professional widow these days and she shamelessly is willing to take money from his fans to better her coffers all in the name of greed.
I'm not too ahppy about it either Dawg.
