The End Of A Petty Legacy???

That smile, that happy go lucky smile is sure missed in NASCAR. Thanx to Kyle and Patty, Kyle's dream is still alive. The Victory Junction Gang Camp. It is a camp where kids with illnesses and chronic conditions that require constant medical attention can be a kid. Shizzit I would give anything to remember what it was like to be a kid. Some of these children may or may not get to see adulthood, let alone forget what it is like to be a kid. The point of this camp is to give children the chance to BE a kid. Even if it is for only one day. Adam had this dream, with the help of Paul Newman, Patty and Kyle Petty and endless donations from fans such as myself made his dream and continues to keep Adam's dream alive. Yesterday would have been Adam's 26th birthday. Who knows what he could have done. God bless you Adam, your legacy lives on with every little camper!!!! !!!!!

Donations or inquiries can be made at this address:

Victory Junction Gang Camp, 4500 Adam's Way, Randleman, NC, 27317.

There you go again trying to make me cry!!! I still remember when I heard about Adam's death...It was just so shocking. My son is just 8 days older than Adam and that just made it even harder...

Before I even read these two comments, I clicked on the comment link to say: I cry a little every time I think about the camp, the children, and Adam's legacy there...what a wonderful place.
