Bracelets Mr. Haas???

All right gang, bet you didn't think I would go there. Fizzuck it, here we go. Someone getting busted and it isn't a Busch.

Now this is kinda ironic, Gene Haas busted for creating fake(like the chests of most drivers girlfriends) invoices to make false deductions resulting in the loss of 20 million smackarooskis to the U.S. government. Also charged with intimidating witnesses and a Federal Agent. Comments from the Haas organization state, as if we could not guessed were NOT GUILTY!!!! Since he so "not guilty", NO bond was set because of his business ventures in China. The judge was afraid he might pull a D.B. Cooper. Now if he is "so" innocent why would the judge say no bail? Hmmmmm makes ya wonder. Their scapegoat is John Phillips, former Haas chief financial officer. They say he cheated the company out of 27 mill. Ironically Phillips alleges that Haas told him to cheat the government out of almost 9 million buckaroos in late 2000. The Justice Department said. Phillips is an "indicted" co-conspirator. For somebody to be innocent Mr. Haas, it sure sounds like a plea bargain to me.
Taken from Fox News Channel from Feb. 2001.
Rick Hendrick, owner of a major car dealership and NASCAR team owner, was convicted for mail fraud in 1997. He was a member of Nations Bank's Board of Directors. His friend Hugh McColl was the chairman of Nations Bank at that time. When NationsBank merged with Bank of America, McColl became chairman and CEO of Bank of America. McColl wrote a letter to Bill Clinton, recommending a pardon for Rick Hendrick -- and on December 7, 2000, Hugh McColl announced that Bank of America would donate $500,000 to the Clinton Foundation. Two weeks later, Hendrick would receive a Presidential Pardon. Neither Hendrick nor McColl would return phone calls to Fox News.

NOT THAT RICK HENDRICK HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS CASE!!! With that said, the dates are awfully similar and the charges are kinda in the same family. So Mr. Haas and/or associates if you are reading. The answer to your present dilemma is in the above paragraph. The only problem I see with you doing the same is, Mr. Hendrick had the money and the brains to pull if off. Unfortunately for you Mr. Haas is your obviously not as smart or rich. Thank you for tainting NASCAR. As if NASCAR didn't have enough problems. You WON'T be missed. Little bit of advice: don't bend over and pick up the soap!

Once again BLOGGER is SUCKING ASS!!!!! Even though this service is free. YOU GUYS SUCK!!! I'm just sayin!!!

I got an answer to my e-mail of complaint to Blogger and they asked me all kinds of questions, like it's my fault the pictures didn't upload. I had no problem earlier today with the same photos I had a problem with a day before. WTF I know another blogger had problems too, so it's not just me. I put 3 things in draft mode today while the photos were uploading.

I don't think it was the brains and money that got Hendrick off. It was the Clinton buy your way out of jail program that was made famous by the pardon of Mark Rich, who is back in trouble again for shady deals with Iran. Back then, no matter the crime, give money to Clintons bag people (his brother or Hillary) and you were guaranteed a pardon by the Rapist and Chief.

Haas' ass is grass nowadays. Dubya doesn't sell pardons and he rarely gives them. Haas is also facing a Bush Justice Dept. that has zero tolerance for these Clinton era corporate crooks.

Haas is going to get the book thrown at him.

I am having picture issues also. I too emailed and they asked a lot of questions....I am wanting to upload a lot of them and I am lucky to get even 1 up half the time.
Yeah....the judge obviously expected him to book on out of the country. He has the money and the motivation to run, that's for sure. He's in some deep doo-doo.
Maybe his defense will be it's Hendricks and Clinton's fault. That seems to be what everyone else does...
