Tony raced Three-Quarter Midgets (TQ Midgets) before going to the United States Auto Club (USAC) in 1991 where he won Rookie of the Year.
Then in 1994, Tony won his first championship by winning five times in 22 starts in the National Midget category; followed by winning USACs Triple Crown in 1995: the USAC Loctite Sprint Car Championship, USAC True Value Silver Crown Championship and USAC Skoal National Midget titles all in the same year, first driver ever to pull that off. Dirt track racing sure as hell pays off, Stewie can sure as shizzit can handle a loose car. Tomarrow we will dive into his short lived but championshipesque IRL career. The man has the credntials and the attitude.

Hey thanks for the email, and thanks for posting this.. you rock!! :) (pssst. I'm not posting as R.U.A.DorkLikeMe anymore)
LMAO at your comment this morning!!!! Really, I'm still laughing!!!
Where in Florida? Several places, grew up in Tampa, though. Howdy neighbor!
Ah, Tony. You've just gotta love the guy. Your old pictures are great, TireDawg! :)
Poor Elliott! But I think he still holds Charlotte's track record. I thought the new hard ass tires slowed them down some. At least, that's what I've heard the drivers saying so far.
PS... he doensn't like the M&M's with nuts...hehehe. Really, he prefers the plain ones.
Ah, more Tony!! As long as he doesn't flip that little car like he did at the Chili Bowl this year!!!
