What A Rip-off!!!!

Five spectators were hospitalized Sunday, three with serious injuries, after being struck by a rally car which took a wrong turn and rolled.
A Motorsport New Zealand spokesman said the spectators were watching a Targa Club Rally stage at Waiuku, southwest of Auckland, when the accident occurred. We @ In The Pits wish them a speedy recovery. Taken from That's Racin.com.

Congrats to Kasey Kahne and even, oh God this hurts to say this and .......the 48 team for their wins this weekend. Both races Matt Kenseth was edged out for the win. If Sat. Busch race wasn't enough, then to lose the Blows Chevy Sun. had to hurt. You could tell that in the interview after the race. Madd props to Matt though, he held it together and took it like the champion he is. Hopefully Hotlanta will knock the points leader back a few spots. Just as we thought Junior would finish close to a top ten, 'ol leadfoot got busted for speeding down pit road on that last caution. Persistence Junebug builds character as well as championships, so hang in there. What I am really curious about is that "chit-chat" Shrubs said that Tony and him will have again. Me thinks Tony may have been "rubbed" the wrong way, but isn't rubbin racin Harry? To Matt and BABS all I can say is, what a fizzucking rip-off! Anyone want an omelet?

Maybe JJ's car will fail post race inspection. nah... that could NEVER happen!! LOL!

It's okay, Matt's doing great in the points right now, but it sucked that he lost to JJ.

I wished Matt would have won too between the both of them... But hey... can't always get what you want.

I was proud of Kasey too... I am a closet fan of his. Poor kid never catches a break!

Take it easy!

Junior was shocked when he found out about the speeding penalty. He didn't think he was speeding. After they informed him, he got quiet as a churchmouse on the radio. I would say he was dumbstruck. I look at what he did within the race, not where he finished. He had a major triumph today wherein the track did not beat him. He just beat himself, and I am sure he is still beating on himself for what happened. Poor kid.
