Congrats to Jeff Burton for winning the pole for the 2006 Daytona 500. It does my heart good to see RCR cars up in the top 15. It would seem as though the organization finally has all the pieces together. Only time will tell. Good job Clint and Happy. It looks like the DEI bunch will have to race its way to the front. Then again that is what makes them so fucking good at plate tracks. The only one mopeing around would probably be Gordo. To be so close and miss another "pole".
Congrats to Bobby Gerhert on his fourth victory in the ARCA Series 220 today also. Not bad, two years in a row on the pole, two years in a row in victory lane.
Awesome, totally friggen awesome. Denny Hamlin, what a race. He reminds me of Tony Stewart when he was a rookie, just take the yellow stripes off. The kid can flat out drive. How about the finish between Smoke and our Bud E?

I slept through the ARCA race, but they are replaying it today and I've got my VCR set.
I just did a new post about yesterday and about JJ's qualifying being disqualified! HA!
Good to see Burton get the pole, even though I was rooting for Elliott. But I like Burton too.
Good job with Tony, Jr and Denny!!! And you've got a great pic to capture that moment!
Kyle Busch needs to go back to driving school. I bet a few people volunteer to show him how to drive after yesterday!
Good morning Dawg!!
It's good to see RCR getting back to where they were!!! I see a trip to Welcome NC in my future...Might even try out some wine!!! Baby Busch needs to be bitched smacked!!!
