I am still laughing about Snidley Whiplash's ( aka Chadwick Knaus) suspension. That is so fizzucking dumb as it gets. What is the point? Seriously, with the technology today his bald ass doesn't need to be at the track. First give-away that this does not work is ..................NEXTEL! Hmmmmmm, e-mail, telephones, computers some suspension. Like sending your teenager to their room.
My opinion is NASCAR penalties are a joke. The person who levies them must be a moron. Daytona or not, if you cheat and get caught PARK THE RIDE STUPID! With the history of rules violations and the 48 team, that would seem fitting. "Section 12-4-A of the Cup series' rule book (actions detrimental to stock car racing) and Section 12-4-Q (car, car parts, components, and/or equipment used that do not conform to NASCAR rules)." That was last years "charges" that were overturned. What "actions detrimental to stock car racing" will cover this time who the hell knows? One thing is for sure he WILL appeal and if he doesn't he will show us all he WAS cheating, or someone was.(LOL).

I thought they weren't supposed to have any communication with the team when they are suspended, but how can they monitor that? Old uni-brow said on Trackside last night he was talking to Chad. WTF?
